Please keep in mind, the CCTP Training is Sold Out and some sessions may be full.

The Hilton is sold out for some nights! If you cannot get a room reservation there, please contact our overflow hotel, the Hyatt. This is right next door, in walking distance (at intersection of Wake Forest Road and Navaho, turn left, between Denny's and Bahama Breeze; the hotel is directly behind Bahama Breeze).

New this Year: We are offering a (tax exempt) Non-Profit / Government rate for exhibitors; this will be a tabletop exhibit only and does not include one conference registration. It will still include meals (Friday & Saturday only) for the booth representative, and each additional rep will need to pay $40 per day for meals (Friday & Saturday only). To qualify for non-profit rate, you must supply your tax exempt number.

To register, please choose Exhibitor Only and enter your info and at the payment screen, choose 'check' as your method of payment, and mail a check. To pay online with a credit card, send an email to with  your info (including tax exempt number) so an adjustment can be done to your invoice, so you can go online to pay.

Silent Auction Items Needed

Another opportunity to support the LPCANC Scholarship Fund is to donate something for our Silent Auction; the item can be anything from books to services, such as gift baskets, books you’ve authored or have enjoyed, pottery you have made or purchased, time shares, a service you provide—anything that you think others may find useful, interesting or of value. What would really be appreciated is a week at a time-share or vacation home that would be a tax deduction for you. 

The Silent Auction is being managed by Region 3!  Please contact to make arrangements for delivery of the item.
